.Any person selling his/her own home or business may want to have us produce an economy website for only $49. This includes a listing on HometownSunValley.Info. If sharp and bright photos are provided by email or on disc, we will display up to 2 on an economy website at no additional cost. We reserve the right to not display photos that are of poor quality by our judgment. Any picture of a home or store should be taken on a bright day when the sun is shining on the view being photographed.
We are not licensed to practice real estate. We can not provide advice about selling your home or business. We will ask you what to say on your website: description, features, all selling points, asking price, etc. And we recommend at least one QUALITY photograph!
If asked, we can have an experienced photographer take pictures of your property for use on your economy website. Sun Valley area only. Additional fee: $10 per photo, minimum 3 photos. All such fees are requested in advance.
