Any person selling his/her own home or business may want to have us produce an economy website for only $99. This includes a listing on HometownSunValley.Info. If sharp and bright photos are provided by email or on disc, we will display up to 4 on an economy website at no additional cost. We reserve the right to not display photos that are of poor quality by our judgment. Any picture of a home or store should be taken on a bright day when the sun is shining on the view being photographed. Backlit subjects and subjects in shade are not acceptable.
We are not licensed to practice real estate. We can not provide advice about selling your home or business. We will ask you what to say on your website: description, features, all selling points, asking price, etc. And we recommend at least one QUALITY photograph!
Please admit to yourself that there's a lot to know about protecting your interests when selling a home or business. Most sellers are best served by working with a Realtor. In today's market, you should "shop around" to find the lowest fees. Have you read a book about selling your own home or business? You may want to visit a bookstore to purchase such a book.
If you find your own buyer, ask a real estate professional to handle all of the paper work; negotiate a price up front.If asked, we can have an experienced photographer take pictures of your property for use on your economy website. Sun Valley area only. Additional fee: $75

Some of these security lights use solar power to recharge their batteries; these do not have to be installed by an electrician. Security lights make a positive impact on prospective buyers.
